Took a massive 40 point hit, but actually worth it in the end. Final score, 135 plus three extra badges (skinsuit, full house and podium).
Still, a rubbish race overall for me! Roll on the Giro...
Just to point out froome isn't up there with the good descenders either
Ah well done - I just missed out (needed a big ride from Talansky yesterday to have any chance). Still got 2nd, and I think plenty of Forum comp points to go with it!
I won the Tour de Romandie. Do anyone know if there are any prize ?
Well I would have had153 points today but 50 pens badge hunting killed that , still 123 on the day added a podium badge to the full house
Another tour comes to an end, I am contemplating this one being my last, there is just to much bitching on the forum about the way the game is run, why don't we do this, why not try that.....instead of people just enjoying the game for what it is.
Anyway, todays winner is
1 Gmancervelo Gmancervelo 175
Top 3 overall
1 NouveauCompte NouveauCompte 704
2 The Pigeons chrisdstripes 684
3 Geekhouse Elite Squad 20thebear 663
Top Purist
1 Manxroadstars (Purist) royquilliam 487
Look, I don't want you to go Really! Who's going to change the rider names for me? And you are (!) in my mind, the quickest of the team in putting up the game scores... C'mon!
I just can't help myself, though...
Don't you think it's ironic that you post:
After you post:
Why don't you not (!) leave, stick around and 'enjoy the game for what it is' ?
Don't give up on me partner (!) You and I are part of the Roadcc fabric now (!). What's an 'enrique' without a 'Gkam'? Hmmm... probably a happy Gkam and a happy forum community. Anyways, I forbid you to go! Just kidding. C'mon! Take in stride and be happy! We love you. At least I do (!)
Stay. We want you here.
Actually that's a surprising ride from uran
Backed up by a serious Giro ITT
Anybody who rides for OPQ soon learns to TT, even Cav has improved
Impressive ride by Pinot....if he's improved his TT'ing he'll be a real Grand Tour contender in the future.
I have been a fan of Pinot's for a cpl years now, one problem!
HE IS SHIT SCARED TO DESCEND AND E1 KNOWS.
He could stay with wiggo(also terrible,he best fin in tdf that year), but not froome and co.
I heard somewhere that he had taken up downhill skiing to try and overcome this well known phobia?
