Ok, my real team, also got the wrong Kreder
Philippe Gilbert (BMC)
Joaquin Rodriguez (KAT)
Bauke Mollema (RAB)
Sergio Luis Henao (SKY)
Gorka Izagirre (EUS)
Michel Kreder (GRM)
Xavier Florencio (KAT)
Tom Dumoulin (ARG)
Benoit Vaugrenard (FDJ)
Shack now driving pace of peleton, break to 6 mins and I'm away to lunch.
So we have 5 riders the same then, I think you could be back above me tonight, unless my gamble on cunego and martens pays off
My team is being unlucky; Poels and Kiserlovski have punctured.
now bmc up front setting up the peleton. Gilbert sitting 4th and break down to 4'25"
went for schlek and van broek in the end. hmmm
66km, break have 4.14. Live on Eurosport now
Went for
Rodriguez
Sanchez
Gerrans
Mollema
Florencio
Nordhaug
Hayman
Santambrogio
Chainel....
Evans has jumped off
Cadel abandoned
i was toying with bilbao too...next time maybe
anyone actually have Cadel in their fantasy team? saw his name right up there on the bookies lists myself but thought "ner..."
Radioshack pulled off front of bunch. Valverde at back of peleton
Van den broeck being paced back in. breschel abandons. Getting dirty looks from rest of table
sorry, i have cursed van den broeck - he is off the bike and off the back
Break under 3 mins. 40k to go
Poels on back again. Sorry alan. Saxo attacks. Schleck is suffering under pace
F*** 1 rider on my team down, 8 to go
Bardet, Howes, Stortoni and Bilbao have split from the break. BMC back on front of the bunch
Sammy Sanchez out the back
GreenEdge up front. The break still holding with 40 seconds I think it is. EBH also up near the front
Greenedge, I only seen Gerrans up there
Van den broeck dropped also. Sanchez's teammates drop back to try and bring him back to the bunch. BMC upping the pace
Van den broeck dropped also. Sanchez's teammates drop back to try and bring him back to the bunch. BMC upping the pace
@gkam surely that's enough
EBH goes on the attack with 13km to go
Kinda regretting my team at the moment, up until the last minute i had Sagan and Rojas, but dropped them and they are still up at the front
Valverde moving back up. EBH attacks. Hoping BMC can hold to finish.
Snap!
Mood not helped at discovery that Raymond Kreder, who is in the break, was born on my [whispers] 25th birthday...
Very similar to my team until Sagan had his crash. Now gone for Poels and the same three other stars. Got in Kierslovski, de Waele and Serry along with Nordhaug and Westra.
I'm curious to see how Gesink does, a lot of people (anyone who is dutch) seem to be talking him up but he doesn't seem to have as much form in the race as the likes of Sanchez and Rodriguez. I'd like to select him but he's too expensive to risk it for me and with Mollema in form from the Pais Vasco I can't even bank on him being team leader either.
