Who is that out there?
Mehdi Sohrabi won the Vuelta, which was put forward a three weeks and shortened to seven days, racing 500kms.
He won by over 48hrs.
A remarkable feat considering he had only one other team member, Darwin Atapuma, who changed contracts mid season from Columbia Coldeportes to Mehdi's new team: McLaren-Sohrabi-Condor.
