I was quite disappointed to be honest. Not a single person banging on about insurance or registration.
And no mention of Road Tax ...
Good for Cheshire Police, having solved all other crime in their region they are now pro-actively stopping any accidents from potentially happening too. Bravo I say.
Now maybe they can extend their message and get this lot locked up too for not following recommendations in the highway code.
I'm waiting for the Police to express concern at the number of school children walking to school without reflective clothing.
