The Brecon Beacons are just made for riding and we’re determined to make the most of the natural landscape with this awesome hill-fest of a ride. Starting from the popular Parc Bryn Bach you head out over the bleak tops before plunging down a fantastic 6 mile descent!! The long loop heads off here to ride a long, gradual incline past Crickhowell before yet another 6 mile drop. Obviously all this talk of descents fudges the fact that there is quite a lot of climbing and a little sting in the tail. After the last drink station you pass the beautiful Talybont Reservior before climbing out the back of the valley on a 20% hill. Look out for the cattle grid as this signals the top and most of the uphill!
