Magnus will be running this unique event at Gite Belle Vie in the heart of the Pyrenees, sharing performance enhancing knowledge and techniques with participants. About Magnus Backstedt
Magnus is one of cycling’s legendary characters, renowned for the power he can put down, amazing descending skills and powering through tough challenges. Early in his professional cycling career he laid down a marker on the classic of all classics Paris – Roubaix coming 7th in 1998, a race that he went on to win in 2004. Maggy has also clocked off stage wins in the Tour de France and Giro d’Italia and many others races.
Following his recent retirement from professional cycling Magnus has taken on the challenge of Ironman around the world. Many will also be familiar with the knowledge and experience that he brings to his regular commentary on Eurosport cycling.
