The Milton Keynes 100 is one of 4 challenge events we’ll be hosting across the country in 2019 designed for riders who are looking to challenge themselves on a longer route distance than our regular RIDE IT events.
The event has a choice of fully waymarked routes, well stocked feed stations sponsored by High 5 Sports Nutrition, mechanical and sweeper van support if things go wrong, electronic chip timing to record your ride along with a unique event specific finishers medal, goody bag and post ride food waiting for you at the end.
RIDE IT has been a regular visitor to the roads around Milton Keynes and in 2019 we return to host our new Milton Keynes 100 offering new route options and the chance to bag either a 100 mile or 100km century ride.
Starting from the outskirts of Milton Keynes, we soon leave the modern buildings and roundabouts behind for a spring road-fest. The routes are on the flatter end of the RIDE IT spectrum, with lots of long straights for you to pick up a good pace. There are a few climbs to challenge you with the Medium and Long taking on Aldbury Hill whilst the Long also climbs up to Ringshall along with a sneaky little climb out of Lidlington. Once these are conquered it’s all plain sailing back to the finish and a well-deserved plate of food and medal.
As well the 100 mile and 100km route options there is also a shorter route option which is well suited to those looking to spend less time in the saddle but still get a taste for the riding this area has to offer.

Traffic wardens across Tonbridge and Malling only visit schools in pairs for fear of assault by parents...
Car flips after crash on Honicknowle Lane in Plymouth...
Interesting to note the points on inability to get GPS lock at times....
Yes, that's what I meant. But Global Nomad is spot-on as well.
They absolutely put their foot in it with that one!
I totally hate the team selection process. So that is it for me with Velogames
Drivers have to drive on the left, and when there is more than one lane (except at junctions) stay in the left lane except when overtaking. There...
