Start location: Tiffin School, Queen Elizabeth Rd, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey KT2 6RL
There will be three route options:

Fun – 25 miles -£20
Standard – 60 miles -£25
Epic – 90 miles -£25
Registration will be at 8am with riders departing between 8.30-9.30am in staggered groups
Proceeds will go to Tiffin Parent Rugby Association (TIPRA)

Clearly marked routes
Food Stops every 30 miles, for 60 and 90 miles with HI5 sports nutrition energy bars, gels and drinks provided.
Garmin and GPX file of routes
Goodie bag
Photographer (photos available to purchase after event)
Onsite parking is available to prebook for £5 this can be added to your registration fee.

I'd find a physio who would have a look. They will do tests to determine where the issue lies, the extent of mobility and maybe some exercises....
