everything in moderation and all that. I have got to say the 'gert lush burger' that I had at the Lock in after our turkey sweater ride filled me up for a week, need to be a bit more sensible now.

Same, ride more...not managing the 20km commute in the snow though.
I also want to lose about 7kg for my triathlon...currently 73kg, want to be 65/66kg by the time race season comes around. No more cider, chocolate or chips for me then.
Ride more and spend more time with the family… hmm, could be a bit of catch 22 situation there.
Use fewer exclamation marks… that one isn't going to last
