Search the Zwift riders facebook group. Such things are often linked there.
I got one of these for £2 plus P&P. Does the job perfectly for indoors use.
It's a tough rubbery plastic, clips over the stem and then around my phone.

Not precisely answering your question, but I have my Garmin on a Bar Fly out front mount (left of center) and my iPhone on a Quad Lock out front mount (center) day-day-day. I also use that for training on the rollers. Two screens enables me to show Trainer Road on the iPhone plus other stats (e.g. L-R power balance, time, distance) on the Garmin.
Before that I used a thick elastic band around the stem to hold it on![1](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/1.gif)
