This is what really worries me; not the original incident, because although terrible, people can react very differently to certain incidents and there can be unrelated reasons for that. I.e. a cyclist on the previous road might have told her to fcuk off and spat in her face. But Jeremy just managed to catch the backlash. It is the fact that in the cold light of day, after hearing all the evidence and seeing the video, she still thinks that what she did was ok. For me that indicates a mental deficiency of some kind...
She's got no chance, caught on video, threatening another. She is just playing for time.
Edit, she is also on probation for another offence, so has breached those conditions aswell.
