Triban 500SE - change to flat bars

Hi,

I have a B'twin Triban 500 SE from 2017.

It currently has drop handle bars (as comes as standard), I am looking to change these to flat bars.

Reading other posts, I would need to obviously also change the shifters and front deraulier too.

Just wondering if anyone had advice on which parts would be compatible with the Triban 500SE?

Find out the manufacturer and model of your front and rear derailleur and buy the corresponding trigger shifters.

They look like Microshift in that pic so will likely be quite cheap.

As long as you can find a compatible trigger shifter you shouldn't need to change the derailleur itself.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I believe it has a Microshift R8 front derailleur and a SRAM 3.0 rear derailleur. Thanks for the advice, I will try and source compatible trigger shifters.
