You know... If you don't live near these cafés, that's not really their fault. Why not ask two of your local cafés to do something similar.
BTW Esher isn't in London.

Great route: from hipster heartland to the depths of MAMIL country. What's more, Putney Bridge is open again, I think.
LMNH is excellent. I didn't know about Giro but Esher isn't far from me so I'll have to check it out. I'm not hopeful about the coffee, though. It's very difficult to find decent espresso west of Clapham.
This segment is a little out of the way for most. Perhaps someone should found the LCCC - LondonCentric Cycling Club.
