Wow - made me jump
Serves him right for cycling on the wrong side of the road, the deer was obviously not looking in his direction.
OMG that was a great shot by the deer bet he got full marks of his pals for hitting the cyclists square on ! Not sure if it was the Cyclists or the deer groaning but feel sorry for both the of them. For more animal related cycle tom foolery check out www.tinpony.co.uk
Go on I'll say it....
Oh deer!
Coat please.
Wait a minute. It looks very much like his stem became detached from his steerer post-crash, and not in a broken steerer kind of way. That's very peculiar.
Guess he hadn't whacked the torque wrench on it for a while perhaps.
I recognised that bit of road as I rode it last year. Without even seeing the location. It's just off the Golden Gate Bridge into Sausalito. Amazing ride. I bet that stung.
Oh no
The rider makes a sound a bit like Alan Partridge when he's on the ground.
