Stolen Bike Alert: One of a kind Light Blue Wolfson prototype + two time trial bikes

Bike shops and cyclists asked to be on the lookout for Ison's pre-production prototype steel bike with unique build ...

Cyclists and bike shops are being urged to look out for a unique bike - a one of a kind Light Blue Wolfson pre-production prototype that for the moment - until production versions hit the shops this summer - is one of a kind.

The bike along with two time trial bikes was stolen from on Wednesday night when the home of Ison Distribution’s Road Product Manager Steve Clarke, in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire was broken in to.

We caught up with the Wolfson earlier this year at the Core Bike Show and it’s certainly a looker. The frame is 853 Reynolds steel tubing with a Cambridge Blue (think celeste and you wouldn’t be far wrong) paint job. It’s built up with Carbon forks. Shimano Ultegra 11 speed groupset. Dia Compe BRS101 callipers. Halo Devaura wheelset. Schwalbe One tubeless tyres 25mm. Genetic Creed handlebars, Genetic SLR stem 11cm, Genetic seatpost. Morgaw saddle (black). Shimano SPD R pedals. Vincero Design bottles (magnetic fitting) x 2. So it’s got some pretty special kit on it.

The other two bikes are:

Orbea TT Bike: Low profile. Custom Small (48cm) Blue/Orange and White. (Circa 1998)...
Aluminium Columbus Frame/ Carbon Time Forks. Lindsay Clarke’s name on top tube.
Shimano Ultegra equipped 10spd bar end shifters and cassette. Specialized Toupe Saddle (White/Red) Profile TT Bars. Front Wheel Mavic Ksyrium SL (Black with 1 red spoke) Rear Wheel Halo Carbaura 50cm (Carbon/Alloy) Front tyre Conti GP4000. Rear Tyre Schwalbe Ultremo. White Look Delta pedals.

Stuart Sinclair TT Bike: Low profile. Custom (23in approx) Steel frame. Red. (Circa 1995) Carbon forks. 1” aheadset.
Campagnolo equipped (Record/Super Record). 9speed Shimano bar end shifters. Carbon fibre time trial handlebars. White/Red Specialized saddle (Romin/Toupe?) Planet X Tubular Deep section wheels 80mm Front/100mm Rear. Vittoria CS Tubulars. Shimano SPD R pedals.

If you spot, come across or are offered any of these bikes, please contact Steve Clarke at Ison Distribution 01353 662 662 or 07951 666331

So it's called the Light Blue, coloured in Cambridge Blue, for which I should think of celeste green, but which in pictures looks closer to mint? Right. Got it.
