Quite. the rim brake hasn't had it's day just yet! ...and look he can modulate and everything!
clearly it is the building going down to the water as you can see from the first picture for the story. Still a vote for rim brakes.
I think it is the one closest to the camera in that picture, not the one on the left, because right at the end of the video as he comes down onto the flat section, you can see the water. The one in that picture is the only one that decends into water.
