#mycyclingweekend: Punctures, pain, & snow in April

It was a tough #mycyclingweekend, but you all powered through it - check out our favourite photos here

It was a long, hard, snowy bank holiday #mycyclingweekend. Despite the weather, the pain, and the punctures, however, you lot looked like you loved it. So, to top it off, Cycle Surgery and road.cc are going to send one lucky #mycyclingweekend entrant a prize.

The criteria you had to meet in order to stand a chance of winning this week was to show us you were riding hard - and believe us, loads of you were.

From the gang who cycled from London to Paris in 24 hours, to Instagram user honkagram who pushed a little too hard once again and gave his leg a crank inspired paint job, we say bravo!

Loads of you forgot to meet one of the most important entry requirements for this week's #mycyclingweekend competition, though. Which was to include the #CycleSurgery hashtag in your photo's caption.

One man who did remember, and pushed his Giant up a rather giant Weymouth climb was Instagram user a_darce87 - also known as Adam.

Adam took a great great shot this weekend under some rather pleasant south coast skies. Enjoy your Cycle Surgery-provieded prize!

The majority of the cycling this #mycyclingweekend didn't take place on the sunny south coast. The Tour de Yorkshire tore through the north of the country accompanied by a rather unseasonable dusting of snow.

You lot didn't let the weather stop you from joining in!

From Yorkshire to Scotland, after months and months out of the saddle, up 2.5km of climbs, and despite numerous punctures, here's a collection of our favourite shots from the weekend:

Remember, it's never too late to get involved in the mycyclingweekend fun. So, if you've still got some photos knocking about, send them our way on Instagram or Twitter with the #mycyclingweekend hashtag clearly visible.

Also, remember for next time, that if you want to stand a chance of winning the Cycle Surgery prize, you'll need to include the #CycleSurgery hashtag. It's pretty important.

Tip for zihao there. If you're going to do a shot of your nads, do it right and get the red shorts on
