You can get a further £50 off Le Col by completing their strava challenge https://www.strava.com/challenges/le-coI-rise-above-winter-challenge which brings those shorts down to £75 - I've just bought a pair this way!
Alternatively you can also get free gloves if you spend over £100 and go via my "mention me" link here. Unfortunately I don't think these offers stack so go for whichever one is best for you. On paper the gloves are better (RRP £75) but probably not worth it unless you were in the market for new winter gloves anyway.
