Yup. Poor bastard in blue had nowhere to go other than into someone else with no say of his own.
The UCLA guy in white nudging the guy in blue (who is also coming in too wide and so elbows the fella to his left) is clearly the cause of the crash as he's coming in hot and going wide. I hate it when riders come up your inside for gaps that aren't there and corners they can't hold their line through.
