The biggest race of the season kicks off this weekend but we'll be out on our bikes.

If you go out, snap a picture and send it in using #MyCyclingWeekend. It can be anything, even you watching the Tour from the turbo!

Didn't think I'd be spending the summer on the turbo... Hand still isn't quite right so instead of risking it I've been following a turbo FTP booster plan so when I (hopefully) return to the road in a week or two I'm even stronger Hopefully the sun waits around for me...

What a ride today and such a nice place to finish! Big climbs and even bigger descents! At first we were riding top 20 but a fellow biker fell hard and we stopped to look after him. We finished in 27th place. We're 6th in our age group and 25th in general rankings. Ben did the Dartmoor Classic. That's a brutal route. Steep climbs and plenty of wind.
