Win a £199 Giro Aeon helmet with Madison!

Another chance to grab Giro's top lid: this time in World Champ colours!...

That Thor Hushovd is some rider: having reinvented himself as a climbing-sprinting breakaway specialist, he's won two stages in World Championship colours. How d'you fancy a crack at winning a brand new Giro Aeon helmet worth £199 in rainbow stripes guise, just like the God of Thunder? Thought so!

The Aeon is the talented offspring of the Prolight and the Ionos, a fully adjustable super-lightweight lid that weighs less than 200g. Our Mat tested it back in May and reckons that "this helmet sets a new standard at the top end of the market", which is high praise indeed for someone that's got through more lids than most.

Look at the pro peloton on stage 7 of the Tour de France today and you'll more than likely see a hatful of Aeons on the heads of the Garmin-Cervélo and Rabobank riders. And you could have one too, for free! All you have to do is head over to Madison's Facebook page before the end of today's stage and 'Like' the picture of the Aeon helmet on there. If you do you'll be in the hat to walk away with the prize, a Garmin-Cervélo branded Aeon lid. Hurry!

If you don't luck out today then keep an eye on road.cc for chances to win a Rabobank edition Aeon and a Selector TT hat on the next two stages. Happy liking and good luck!

I can only imagine the judging looks from some people if you were clocked wearing a rainbowed helmet.

Go down a storm at Pride mind...
