Hi all - firstly a thanks for the nice comments, I thought I would hop on to answer a few questions.
Yes clearance is 28mm so mudguards or tyre - not room for both!
The tubing is made by KVA for us. If you have any further questions don't hesitate to phone the factory showroom or drop us an email info [at] starleybikes.com
You think you could get both 28mm tyres AND mudguards in there, at the same time? Looks doubtful. Although the brake shoes are right at the bottom, it has standard drop brakes. I think you might mean 28mm tyres without guards, or max 25mm tyres with guards.
As has been said above,we need to know what kind of stainless tubing it, it's essential info.
What's the point in including clearence for mudguards if there's nowhere to screw them on? Clip ons are rubbish.
Other than that, it IS pretty.
showroom is half a mile from my office, there's Monday lunch sorted
yep, the consensus is right - that's a looker and a half.
It's gotta be said; that is one sexy looking bike...
Looks lovely - but couldn't see eyelets for the mudguards that there's room for..
There's another frame to add to the ever growing list for my new bike Plus the colour is pretty much the same as my club kit!
Classy and understated...likey likey leeeee
Oh my goodness, that is beautiful.
What kind of stainless? KVA?
Good question. If I were to buy yet another steel frame, I'd insist on cold drawn.
My oh my oh my oh my oh my oh my.
Any news on who is actually making them?
