The RBS Pro system consists of a bullhorn bar and two TT extensions. The bullhorns are oversized and keep the wide profile for much of their flat length to give you more options when it comes to fitting the extenstions, which are an over/under design with a stack of spacers to get your height correct. The extensions are very adjustable, so it's pretty easy to get yourself set up just so, and once everything's tightened up they stay put and don't shift even when you're really going for it.
Weight-wise, the whole system tips the scales at not much over 700g, which is pretty decent considering that at £104.99 they're at the budget end of the aero scale. If you're setting up a bike for time trialling or triathlon and you're going the whole hog with bar-end shifters (or fixed...) then this kit is a pretty modest investment, really, and it does the job just fine. KCNC also do a drop bar set for the same money if you want to stick with your STIs.
Not flashy like some of KCNC's kit but well made with plenty of adjustment options and a modest price tag.
