He has won his category in Ironman UK 70.3 and finished on the podium in both marathons he has run. I'd say my heel is quite neutral in it's position so neither in or out or shake it all about. And yes, I have been fitted!
what is the obssession with black cranks! all that happens is they get scuffed and look tatty VERY quickly.

A narrow Q Factor affordsthe majority of riders with a sustainable performance benefit. Have a look at your cleats and the odd rub is faster!
Can't decide what I think about the new look. Would look good on a mountain bike... not sure about a road bike.
