Did you find you had muscle wastage after your holiday? if not that be that you actually walked to the pool and didn't get your wife/partner/ to borrow a wheel chair from the hotel and push you to the poolside. obviously you wouldn't do anything so strenuous as to swim. Also did you hold your drinks yourself? if so big mistake, too much energy can be used holding your glass, I recommend getting the drink put on a table and then drinking it through a straw, no energy used.
Breakfast and other meals should be taken in bed, a winch then used to put you in the wheel-chair, job done.
It seems to me you didn't really rlax enough and did far too much excersise.
Damn!
That was MY plan for October, just before attending my 4th Exmoor beast sportiff!
