This spectacular cycle route will run from Colwyn Bay to Cardiff. Accommodation, meals and transfers are all included, so all you have to do is pedal!

If you want to find out more about the event, come along to the free Info Evening at 6.30pm on Thursday 24th November at Brains Brewery on Crawshay Street in Cardiff for a night of talks with the team.
The evening will include:

• How taking part can help us support cancer patients and their loved ones
• Information about fundraising for the cycle and the support Tenovus Cancer Care will give
• Q&A session
