Westerley Winter Warmer, Sunday 15 Jan 2017 - Reliability Ride / Chilterns
The 2017 Westerley Winter Warmer is on Sunday 15 January. It starts just outside the M25 at Chalfont St Peter and heads out into the Chilterns.
As last year there are three versions. The long version is 108km (1200m of climbing), there is a medium route of 60km and a shorter version of around 44km. The long route is a challenging winter ride which tackles several of the bigger climbs on the Chiltern ridge, while the medium route has Hatches Lane as its main climb. The short version is a very pretty ride that misses out all the big hills and most of the (short) main road sections.
Entry is the same price as last year: £8/£4/£4 Juniors (must be accompanied by an adult) free. Entries via RiderHQ: https://www.riderhq.com/events/71290/westerley-winter-warmer-2
There is a manned HQ (Chalfont St Peter Scout Hut), signed route and GPX tracks, computerised timing system and plenty of food before and after (including home made cake).

Didn't happen did it? They came into my shop a couple of years back and said it was "on the way", but never heard anything more.
Very parochially, I've still not forgiven Pearson's for abandoning their roots by leaving Sutton.
Warner Bros makes 8 year term agreement... withdraws after 4 taking the whole thing down....
