Giant Kendal - Castle Sportive
Event info
No ordinary sportive, it starts and finishes at a castle! Join us at the majestic Lowther Castle for a 100km or 50km ride around some of Cumbria’s quietest and most scenic roads with plenty of stunning views to distract you from the occasional hill. For those that like a challenge there is a Strava ‘feature’ climb on the 100km route with prizes. If you don’t want to ride on your own there will also be groups for each route led by a member of the Giant Kendal Team.
What’s included in your entry
- An awesome day of riding with lots of friendly people!
- Fully signed course
- Free stuff at registration
- Strava segment challenge with prizes (you must join our Strava Group for this)
- Last minute, emergency bike mechanic support at start
- Post-ride food and drink (more details to follow!)
- Two free childrens’ tickets into The Lost Castle at Lowther Castle (must be accompanied by one full paying adult, offer only valid on Sunday 3rd June and is non-transferable)
