The Southern Sportive returns with a new date and a fantastic new course; and with 4 routes to choose from, the event is open to a wide range of riders and abilities.
Whether you’re a hardened Sportive rider or first time charity cyclist, you’ll find the perfect challenge in the Southern Sportive! The classic course takes in some serious hills complimented by rolling back roads and views out along the south coast. All set in one of the prettiest parts of the UK.
For 2019, we have reworked a completely new course, keeping all the best aspects of the classic Southern Sportive and reworking them into choice of routes that give a better, more focused top quality ride. The four route options are categorised by distance and number of hills, and each is designed to give you proper cycling challenge at your level. From the 45km Family route with three categorised climbs on route to challenge you, to the full 120km route with eight major hills standing between you and the finish!
All this comes with full support from our team. You’ll get comprehensive route marking to follow, maps and GPS files, feed & support stations, support vehicle back up, rider timing, catering, finishers medals and more!
