Stay Active with our Ride 100 Virtual Cycle Challenge!
It is time to get active and out of the house! With the UK in lockdown, seize the opportunity to get some exercise in the fresh air and take up a new challenge to sink your teeth into. You can attempt this challenge on an exercise bike, cycling around your garden or safely in your local area.
We are challenging you to cycle 100 miles in June, whether this is in one big cycle or spread out over a few rides. This is your challenge so take it on how you wish. Cycling is a great way to stay fit and but also has benefits to your mental well-being, let’s look after ourselves! This virtual challenge is appropriate for all ages, abilities and avid cyclists alike.
There is no registration fee to join this virtual challenge; all we ask for is either a donation of your choice or to raise sponsorship to help Birmingham St Mary's Hospice to continue offering our services during this time of need.
We’ll provide you with months of support and training guides so sign-up today via the Birmingham St Mary's Hospice website.
