Bike Visibility 2013 Cycling Challenge
12-25 Aug, 2013 - Nationwide
It's about being seen and what you see on your rides.
Get out and about on your bike for 2 weeks this summer and you could be taking home all the plaudits and a good dose of athlete store, Primal Gear and Bakewell Soap award winning sports gear.
It's a distance race with a twist.
Log your trips via any compatible Endomondo app for mobile devices and keep the Facebook Event Boards buzzing with your progress and photos.
We're after rides and mileage, yes, but ultimately the experiences behind those rides. The more creative and thought provoking the better.
The inaugural Bike Visibility Challenge Champ will be crowned on September 1st after a panel of judges has whittled down the stand out journeys to just one.
Could that be your journey?
If you think you have it in you to be the Bike Visibility Champ this summer, fill out the entry form here:
https://www.facebook.com/BakewellSoap/app_109076069172316
And we'll get back to you with some simple instructions to ensure your entry is registered.
It's going to be fun and even better, it's free.
See you on the other side.
Try kill someone in a car and you get virtually 0 punishment .
Seen an air crash? Worried about aviation safety? Simple - ban passengers on aeroplanes. Problem solved, motor normative style.
'Useless"? You're not one of those "outdoor cycling" purists by any chance?

Beautiful wheels, I wouldn't say no. But have a look for the 2000-era Gipiemme Grecal Parade wheels to see an early example of a similar look.
