Evans Cycles Sportive RideIt! Hampshire
Our final Sportive of the year! Heading out from our base in South Basingstoke, within a couple of minutes you are into the countryside and away from the traffic. Passing RAF Odiham you then turn South and skirt around the edges of the South Downs before heading back to the event centre. As it’s December we won’t be making you climb mountains or freewheel down long, cold descents. The course is “undulating” with the long coming in at a reasonable 4600ft, and mainly on good sized roads.
Evans Cycles RideIt! organised rides are the best value rides in the country. Every event features:
• Mechanics and broomwagon at all events
• Free entry for children aged 16 and under when accompanied by a full paying adult
• Free Garmin demo units
• Gore Bike Wear Demo at selected events
• GPS files published before the event
• Fully way marked routes and waterproof map
• Electronic timing and rider times published online
• Bike wash facilities at off-road events
• Well stocked High5 feed stations
• Free High5 RacePack if you sign up 4 weeks in advance, half price if you sign up 2 weeks in advance.

How on earth can you mark a winter tyre down for being "not as grippy or as fast as a summer tyre"? That's ridiculous logic.
