I reckon bmc will send martin to tne front of the pelotan, to chase tne four escapees, but not at full gas, only to put pressure on them. Cannondale will probably chase.
Two minute gap for four escapees with 75km to go.
All square in sochi for brit curlers.
Did reasonably well on the first couple of stages, but changes well and truly rung. Markus, Morkov, Kristoff, Boonen, Greipel out; Sagan, Santa, Gilbert, Iglinskiy and Konig in. (10 pens to set the team up for the remaining stages).
Sagan and Bardet(?!) in for Greipel and Haussler, don't think I'm set up very well for today really, would need quite a large group at the finish...
Sagan
Bouhanni
Swift
Boonen
Bennati
Van Stayen
Vanspeybrouck
Bardet
Colonna
Nibali and Rodriguez in - Bouhanni and Greipel out
Getting the GC riders in for the next few stages, debated long and hard about putting Gilbert in.
Not expecting much from this stage but a Sagan win..

Let's hope the sprinters stay in - I've missed the deadline. That was an early one!
Saggers stays in
Bennett showed in last year's ToB that he can do those punchy climbs, so he stays too.
Similar to you Ray, Greipel, Bouhanni, Markus out, in come Sagan, Gallopin and Kroon
I'm over 100 points behind the leader so i've got to take a chance and left all my sprinters in hoping it'll be a mass sprint at the end leaving me 5 transfers for tomorrow.
4changes which was always the plan
Terpstra,Bouhanni,Markus,Greipel out
Sagan,Gallopin,Gilbert and Van Hecke in
#RIPKristoffGoddaert
I've rung the changes after a poor stage two. Brought in some more versatile fellows plus a young French mountain goat.
I've got a 'breakaway win' feeling about this stage.
Ive gone with Sagan, and took my sprinters out.....
I've also had a look but that last climb and the stage is similar to 2013 and I'm pretty sure everyone here knows who won that stage .....however I actually don't think he's in the form he was last year and it's giving me headache .....just like whether to pick someone who is going for an hour record this year or to include a young French sprinter who I know can get over a lumpyish stage
