You can tell me, just our secret
I can tell you now:
Polanc and Koldo.
Pah, already had Koldo Fernandez!!!
Can't tell.
Who is your cheap sprinter?
There are 1-2 sprint stages so 1 sprinter is ok. I currently have 2 riders in my purist team specifically for breaks. 2 sprinters (1 is very cheap) and the rest is GC.
Might change tho.
picked my team and i made sure the break had not formed lol
3 top guys, 3 break guys, 2 cheap climbers and one sort-of-sprinter. Might change my mind...
It will be vital to have at least one rider who collects a decent amount of breakaway points looking at the stages.
Ratto did that for me last year and also Landa scored a few on one stage.
I agree, lots of mountain points on stage 1 so I've risked it from the off in both teams actually. Feels like I'm a strong sprinter light tho'...
I like to target particular races because personally I feel like I need a mental break every now and again.
The classics are races that I just don't pay as much attention to and it shows as I never really do that well but I like to target the mini-tours, the week long European stage races like Med, Algarve, Catalunya and Pais Vasco.
Anyway, I'll be trying to target this race on both purist and non-purist sides because I need some Forum Scorum points before I go away!
I love the small stage races on Road.cc because they force you to plan transfers (unlike Classics) but they don't take 3 weeks of your soul like the Grand Tours. Not that I won't be spending many, many hours on here during all three GTs, because I most certainly will.
Same!
If you want to be good, you have to take some time to prepare. I get bored easily and I don't want to spend too much time on this game.
I always consider the purist overall too but I already missed a couple race days , just like last year, so I don't have to focus on that anymore either.
I'm not so worried about the effects of the races on my fitness, so am going for every single race this year.
