Impressive stuff!
Wig Billy is leading in both comps at the moment (Giro and TOC)... I think we have a doper in our midst... jealousy aside, that might be a premiere, so congrats!
Looking at the ATOC site, it looks like the sprints jersey is actually a points jersey - sprints and finish line combined so TG-H probably isn't in there.
The mistake does appear to be on the ATOC site which I compounded by believing it. The scores are probably OK after all. Sorry for the noise.
Fair enough. I'll just wait and see.
The UCI don't have a sprints jersey, just a points. Which looks like this
1 Mark CAVENDISH GBR OPQ 29 15
2 John DEGENKOLB GER GIA 25 12
3 Thomas LEEZER NED BEL 29 10
4 Moreno HOFLAND NED BEL 23 10
5 Peter SAGAN SVK CAN 24 7
So I've asked that the Cali site be updated and will await that before changing any scores
This is how the sprints jersey looks, they call it the sprints jersey but combines both sprints and finish line as I put in the notes, which is why Leezer is up there, but most are from the finish line. It looks heavily weighted towards the finish line, however the initial breakaway did not contest the final sprint. Sorry for any confusion on my part
I think the confusion was caused by me (and ATOC's website). The results were correct in the game.
Here is the best young rider, which is correct

If the sprints jersey is based on intermediates and not including finish line, it would look like this
Tom Leezer
Tao Geoghegan-Hart
Gregory Daniel
Kiel Reijnen
Will Routley
Having looked at it closely while doing a sheet up. It would seem there is a mistake on the Tour of Cali website that would make it look like he holds the sprints jersey, which is not the case. If it is scored purely on sprints, he would only be second.
Both the young riders and sprints jerseys have been put in on the Cali site the same
You are correct Simon, I've just totted up his scores. I shall go and make up a score sheet unless TER is about?
Cheers - I can't afford to lose any more points, having had 10 pts taken away in the Giro escape/combativity mixup
There's no rush though - it can wait until TER can sort it out rather than you have to redo them all.
Shouldn't Tao Geoghegan-Hart have 29 points?
2nd in 2 sprints - 8
4th on the mountain - 2
4th on overall - 7
1st young rider - 5
1st sprint jersey - 5
4th KoM jersey - 2
or am I missing something?
The lack of DVP was my fault as I must have unchecked the box (easily done), however at any point during this week once the game had been opened any player could have flagged it up and I could have fixed in 2 seconds, as he has been on every startlist, and it was a genuine error I hadn't spotted, and was only pointed out once it was too late for others, so I can only apologise.
But equally as has been said in the past don't always trust what we have, go from your own startlists as a rider can always be added afterwards to be scored, but you guys can't change teams once it has started.
Anyone else follow the race using the Amgen ToC official app? Very impressive stuff, with realtime video, GPS tracking of rider locations etc. Really makes it easy to follow the race, I wish the Giro/TdF/Vuelta would adopt something similar. Best race coverage I've seen.
Sadly I too took Hofland out late, was worried as he has been in great form this year.
Tho his team mate I had LEEZER
Phinney finished about where I expected , he is developing into a very tidy all rounder. A little disappointed in Zak Dempster 17th, I know he is faster then that.
Good day for Aussies tomorrow;)
I been waiting for this one bloke all year
I GIVE UP!
This Wig_Billy is a #$@!&$% Freak.
Rider name
Team
Score
Moreno Hofland AR Belkin Pro Cycling 35
Mark Cavendish PC Omega Pharma - Quick-Step 50
John Degenkolb PC Team Giant - Shimano 43
Matthew Harley Goss PC Orica Greenedge 16
Ken Hanson DS UnitedHealthcare 8
Eric Young DS Optum p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies 19
Danny Van Poppel PC Trek Factory Racing 29
Juan Jose Haedo DS Jamis – Hagens Berman 3
Nicolai Brochner DS Bissell Pro Cycling 13
Penalty points 0
Wig_Billy does get some unbelievably good scores, but in this case he was helped by picking Van Poppel, who wasn't included in Road.cc start list. To do well in the game some extra research is needed but it should be expected that the start list is right. I think a lot of players would have picked Van Poppel and got close to or beaten Wig_Billy's score.

Yeah I was aware of the DVP situation.
I watch just about every telecasted stage of the year. Still trying to adapt my knowledge to fantasy play. Finding right balance etc.
I was just very impressed the way he found all the budget team sprinters etc. I knew a few, but I am targeting TT and GC riders. Paris-Nice seems to be my race, 2 in Purist this year 4th in standard last year lol.
There are a few great players on here I have been watching for quite awhile. TERA, RAY, CYGRYAN, WIGGY, DR H , JOEL, first few that come to mind...Sorry if I missed anyone.
Enjoying the cycling banter, me and mate Rangaedge are huge cycling fans(hard to find in QLD Australia).
I hope to in the future, take 12 months off and travel the UCI world circuit and maybe do some fundraising on journey for cancer. Already got a few friends place around world teed up and other mate sponsors aussie female rider Carly Taylor(hence she is always in my fant team.lol)
anyway WELL DONE WIGGY A.K.A. "THE FREAK"
P.s.
I would love to be apprentice to one of the above players and chat online and share some knowledge. I have great knowledge of Aussie Neo Pro riders coming thru. One Tonight, and another real good one in later half of year.

Appreciate the mention, but there is still a way to go before I am in the league of some of these managers. Hopefully before the end of the season I will have learned a bit more ahead of next season.
Bloody great game though!
And 5 transfers made. Bah!
Will take that 1,2,3,9,11,13
1,2,7,8,13,18
1,2,3,8,10,18 for me
Merrrr foolishly transfered hofland out before the deadline
Flat-out finish - Cav sneaked in ahead of Degenkolb by a nose. Hofland, Sagan, DvP.
Commentator keeps describing it as an "L-shaped circuit" - how does that work then?
Chris this should answer your question....

But now Phinney and Boonen have gone again! Very confusing!
Ah its OK, they gave a bit of a dodgy time-check I think. All back together now, 20km to go...
The wind is blowing! 15 riders have a lead of about 45 secs, great chance of staying away. Cav, Hofland, Goss, Boonen, Wiggins, Phinney, GVA all there...
