So glad I avoided AT and like written above Majka this year:)
I get the feeling that Garmin are still sorting team out , should be primed next year, you will notice a lot of their up n comers have changed races and time of the year this year, finding out what races and what time of year suits them best, hence Craddock in Giro, Dennis in Cali.

As if we needed any more reasons to have Sagan on the roster! Sure I'll take an extra 5 points.

On paper Majka has a great chance but he's likely to be called upon to sacrifice himself for Contador.

Majka has already tweeted he shouldn't be there as not fit

Tala and TJ have been too old all year, didn't u realise that in earlier tour 1 BTW Talansky has lost 4 mins, no doubt involved in CAV's doing. He may be hurt tho.

Pinot and Bardet will fight out the White I think. I am also a fan of Magic Majka too but not his year.

I was curious, I haven't played too many Fantasy Cycling games and I thought this was the only competition that scored Young Riders... What game are you playing?...

TDF. Game run by some of the members on the Cycling Weekly Forum. Just a good bit of fun. New members always welcome.

Bardet, Pinot, Kwiatkowski the favourites.

Couple of years back; I remember Thibaut Pinot was aceing some of the climbs in the TDF Is he still one of the major contenders for a White jersey?

Most people's idea of a MUST in purist I'd have thought......unless he gets the collywobbles on the downhill sections again....let's hope his off season downhill skiing exploits have finally cured it?

It'll be interesting to see who holds it in the early skirmishes up till the first real climbs......Kwia/Sagan/Matthews/Degenkolb or even Slagter

In that case RCUK's white jersey piece is totally off the mark then

It does appear that way.

I believe Talansky and Tejay should both be on that list (last year they qualify) and last chance for Talansky to win it, which I think he will this time.

It's really refreshing to see you overcome your aversion to using PCS and justly give them credit. You could have easily not given them credit, but you did...

Riders need to be under 25 on 1st January 2014 to qualify, so less than 25 1/2 now.

pcs is procyclingstats

As there is still no official startlist, I cannot give you a list of young riders, even PCS (Procyclingstats.com) cannot confirm their startlist is 100% correct because there are certain riders that are doubtful

For example, Michael Matthews, I wouldn't want to bet on him starting.... https://twitter.com/nygaardbn/status/484618077293006850/photo/1

So Adam Yates could still get a call up 19

Hi Moyston,
If you ever in doubt about who are the youth riders. I found the best way is to go to Procyclingstats and click on the TOUR, then click on STASTICS, then on right side near top you will see list like this... Ranked, sprinters, TT , u25, it is the UCI points for those riders in THIS TOUR now.
Click U25's and u see all the youth riders for this tour in points ranking order for the year. It certainly helped me find a couple earlier this year.

Good luck, its a tough fantasy sport, as is this forum. 24
