One Hunnert and E-i-g-h-t-y....and a Forum's Scorum's stage win....might get me motivated to update the league by the weekend!!

Took out Froome from the TT, left Quintana in. Not my Vuelta.

Valverde is the kind of guy who doesn't let you down when you pick him... The downside with him though is that even when the odds are against him and you don't pick him, he still does well, just to spite you...

Getting tight at the top, after I clawed back a few points with 2,3,4,5,14 + Mas

3,4,5,6,14 plus teammate bonus and Mas. Not bad but should have got in Sanchez I suppose. Put in Lutsenko and kept Coppel for the break as I didn't want a pen. Probably just save up transfers now till the next mountain stages. Anything could happen in the next two, breaks probably, maybe a sprint tomorrow.

Just 2,3,4,20

3,4,5,6,14 + mas

3,4,5,7,14 plus 5 teammate bonus on Aru plus Mas. Not bad considering Quintana abandoned.

Yea pretty sure a break will make it today, so only a couple of changes, didn't want to start guessing a break away winner.
Dropped Froome, though it pains me to do! Hope he can prove me wrong!
