Isn't it as long as he starts the race? I think it is, or should be, anyway... The idea behind the bonus points is that the teammate helped the winner. And, as it often happens in one day races, the teammate can very well help his leader until halfway through; when he falls off the pace, there's nothing more he can do for his leader and he abandons. Should he not get the teammate bonus for his work? I think he should, because his leader win is partly due to that teammate's work. Remember the WC edition when GB were pulling for Froome, I think, and Cav pulled the peloton all by himself for about 100 ks at the beginning of the race. It doesn't matter whether Cav finished or not...

No, they will be listed in their trade teams, bonus points go to countries though.
