google 'sealey' torque wrenches and you'll find something suitable at that price point. It wont come with bits though.
ah..that was the one i was looking at.
cheers.
I have this one, which works for everything on my bike. It has a range from 2-24Nm.
Available from CRC here for £51.00 - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=29803
One of the main problems i've always found is that bike bolt torques always fall in between the low-torque and high-torque units, meaning you have to have one of both. Beam ones are good enough for most bike jobs if you're more careful, the great thing about a ratchet one is that you don't have to be careful![1](https://cdn.road.cc/sites/all/modules/contrib/smiley/packs/smilies/1.gif)
Halfords do a good one for £50 that goes down to 8Nm, but it's always the really low-toque bolts i'm most worried about!
