Ok, you're in the 'Rest of the World' League by default, because your location is not in Britain when you signed up. I think the only way to change that would be to change your location in your acount settings, I think
... Now the MMHL Team League, if it's private, you would have to click on the 'Join League' button on your dashboard, then enter the League ID No. for MMHL Team, which the organizer should provide you.... Then you wait for approval from the league organizer...
