Only if you're Team GB and it's raining.
Just didn't get time to register both teams for vuelta a pas vasco on time so have dropped 14 and 12 places in the season competition. My own stupid fault I guess.
I wish you could, it's reasonable if the competition hasn't started yet, but I've never seen anyone ask and get told how to do it, so, unless Dave adds, or has already added, a 'withdraw from competition' button, I'd say, unfortunately, no... Maybe he can address it ...
