Well its 4pm hear, evening is between 6-8/9pm, so that would mean it would be up by 11pm your time, so at least another 5 hours from now.
If you class 6pm as night, thats totally different to what someone in the uk classess as night, most people arn't even home from work by 6pm in the uk

That is because in the UK time zone it ain't evening yet
