Prendas have shirts in up to 6XL (52" chest)...

depends which team you want. some go up to bigger sizes. liquigas, for example, goes up to 3XL:

Decathlon tops in xxl are about right for my ~47" chest. They go bigger if you need it. £10 for one of those.
Endura shorts in xxl are good for 40" waist.
None of the above is tight roadie wear though, just mtb stuff that I'd also use on road.
