I'm 198 cm tall (XXL), and with 92cm hip (S).
Does Sportful and Louis Garneau short bibs XXL will fit me well?

I'm 1.86 and 97kg and XL Garneau bibs are good fit, if a smidge loose for my liking. So I doubt XXL ones would work for you.
Probably not. I'm 180 tall and only just got Sportful Fiandre no rain XXL bibs on. Wanted to like them, but felt it was just waiting for something to go wrong
