How’s the Vortex?
I wouldn’t spend more than that on Turbo’s as they wear out and parts are more expensive than a new turbo.
Tacx Smart Flow or Vortex is more than enough for the home user and ERG unless you are a Pro.
Think Amazon must have been playing up as I managed to get the Vortex for £200 yesterday but it has gone back up to £300 today

Get the Neo, or Wahoo Kickr or Elite Drivo, buy right buy once
I've got a barely used TACX Booster for sale, used it for 2 hours max after at least a couple of years, maybe more than 3 years.
I've now got an Elite Kura, spent 10 hours on it in 7 days. Works pretty damn well with Zwift, really like it. Can buy one for about £500 from athleteshop.com, I think. Also got the cadence sensor from single-track bikes, was less than £20 and the Kura can then tell which power stroke is left or right.
I have the Flux which has been bang on.
It should be noted the 1st one went belly up straight from the box pretty much but it was replaced by Wiggle & then touch wood I've no issues since.
For the money it's a good mid range option for the direct drive trainers. I guess it depends on your budget
My advice would be to buy from a reputable source in case it goes pear shaped.
