Drunk driver incriminates self - gets a slap on the wrist

The driving in this video is horrific. It is only by sheer luck that nobody was injured or killed. The sentence? A 2-year ban and 150 hours of unpaid work. In other words, a complete joke.
This woman should serve a custodial sentence and be banned from ever holding a licence again.

In my industry, if I get done for fraud, I am banned forever.
If you are a pilot, and are above the limit, then you don't fly again.
Yet as a motorist, you can break the law, maim or kill and get another chance to do it again. What is so sacred about the right to drive?
