In answer to your original question, I'd try heating it with a hair dryer and scraping it off the bike with a blunt edged tool, if that doesn't work then a selection of solvents, inc tar remover, WD40 etc.
For removing from leg hair, use vegetable oil to soak the sealant and hair which should allow you to slide it off (works with chewing gum anyway).
Can't help with the spider names, sorry. The one in Harry Potter was called Aragog and there was Charlotte in the eponymous film, though its possible the actors were called Natasha.
I feel I may have more questions to ask than I did to begin with...
I shall provide her with a deed poll name change form immediately
!
Have you tried alcohol?
yeah but when I woke up I still had sealant on my legs AND a hangover!
To the OP
if youve got a fine comb you could try that, might remove some hairs too, no big deal theyll grow back, as said nothing much safe to use dissolves sealant.
There's nothig that really dissolves most tyre sealants.
Best approach is just to rub it, so it balls up abnd comes of. Once you get a bit of a ball going, it's a bit easier (bit like removing blu-tack).
Wiping as much as possible of before it starts to dry always helps though, and a good oily/greasy hands cleaner can help (something like Swarfega or the many similar gritty cleaners aimed at mechanics).

In order to have hairy legs you must have 8 of them and be called Natasha*
*All spiders are called Natasha.
Oh no they're not. My pet tarantula is called Tidge!
Nope, it's called Natasha.
Does that apply to my pet spider called Tufty?

Either of the above, or GT85/WD40/Bike spray on a cloth for the bike, a shower and patience for your legs
just remove all the hair. It's disgusting, and uncomfortable, esp. in heat.
how is leg hair disgusting and uncomfortable?
Shaving/waxing legs is disgusting and uncomfortable
Fire.
