New bike advice/help please

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all
I'm just about set on buying a new bike in the new year mainly for a 10 mile each way commute, mix of on and off road, mostly tarmac, cycle paths and canal tow paths.
Currently top of my wish list is the Mason Bokeh but not sure if I can do any better in the sales?
I'm looking for:
Dropbar
Clearance for at least 700x35c ice spike tyres tubeless.
Hydraulic disc brakes
Full rack and guards
Ultegra manual level groupset 2x

Ideally ability to run 650b in case want do more rougher off road but currently just light off road on 700c
Ability to run di2 in future currently concerned of running costs, mechanical easier 0cheaper to fix, no battery to worry about etc
Possibly run dynamo lighting.
I'm looking for value for money, no preference on frame material (can get good/poor bikes in any comes down to build quality)
I've looked at Times such as Engima and J.ack test ride them actually didn't really inspire me and not sure I like the black forks on silver frame,. I've also looked at Bowmen, canyon, rose, dolen, Ribble, open u.p, 3t Shane etc and they're either more expensive than the Mason or don't tick all boxes like have wide tyre clearance or rack/guard mounts or not disc brakes.
I wouldn't mind second hand but again can't find anything that meets the criteria in the right size approx 52 frame height 169cm. I've previously commuted on a Trek 2.1 105 . I m currently overweight by 10kg but built up fitness/stamina, I've done the commute last 3 months on a Carrera subway 8 7internal hub gears borrowing from friend. I used to commute 5miles each way on the Trek for 3 years before changing jobs.
Basically what bike to go for ?
Thanks Andy

Planet-X Tempest (Ti) or Space Chicken (Carbon) ??

I have the Tempest, it's a great multi-purpose bike - Gravel bike, winter road bike, Touring bike - used it for all of these purposes.

Well, the Bokeh Ultegra Hydro will set you back £3k which seems a bit steep for  a cycle to work pushbike IMHO.

Would you be able to build your own bike from a frameset? Personally, I’d be looking to save a grand or more by considering something like the Kinesis AT (£700) & Shimano 105 Hydro groupset and taking it from there. I might suggest double checking the frame size too. Good luck with the search for your new bike.

Have you looked at Fairlight? Their Secan might well fit the bill, though you’ll have to wait 2-3 months for it.
