For once, I would not be blaming the courier company. I got burnt by Canyon before.
I must have been fortunate in 2017 when I ordered my Canyon, I seem to have escaped the infamously long delays of the previous year and avoided this year's hiccups. My Endurace arrived exactly on schedule and was part of a first-class package, better than any of the other dozen mail-order bikes I've received over the years.
It's a pity the company hasn't learned that broken promises mar the whole buying experience, there must be plenty of customers who won't go back.
But even if I was in your shoes Bob, I would hang in there, you will always remember how wonderful the bike is and the inconvenience will soon be forgotten.
