Using an AirShot to seat tubeless tyres you're going to need that 160 PSI to charge it.
I was going to suggest the Topeak smartgauge but ktache got it first. Just inflate to a bit beyond target pressure, then measure and let air bleed off as required. No need for 5 different types of track pumps (the majority of which have manometers that are blunt instruments).
Genuinely don't know the answer to this as I'm sure I can't really discern a difference, but does +/- 10psi to a say an 80psi target make any great difference?
I was going to suggest a gauge to calibrate rather than 275 quid.
Or pump up a bit and let down while using one these.
Just over £20, there are some much more fancy ones out there too.

I've got a Schwalbe, around £13 and supposedly one of the more accurate ones. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Schwalbe-Airmax-Digital-Pressure-Valves/dp/B002...
